Telehealth sessions
Fifty-minute video sessions at the same fee and with the same psychologist as an in-person appointment, for anyone who can't get to Sandy Bay.
Any of our services can be delivered by video for clients elsewhere in Tasmania, regional clients, or anyone who'd simply rather not drive in. It's the same fifty minutes, the same psychologist and the same fee as walking into Regatta Point Lane, and the Medicare rebate is claimed the same way with a valid referral. All you need is a stable connection and a private space where you won't be interrupted.

Step by step, in this order
Every session: 50 min. You always know which part you're on.
- 01 Book your usual service and choose telehealth at checkout
- 02 A private video link is emailed ahead of your appointment
- 03 Log in five minutes early to check your connection
- 04 Fifty minutes with your psychologist, exactly as it would run in person
Does telehealth cost more?
No, it's the same fee as an in-person session for the same service.
What if my connection drops mid-session?
We'll call to reconnect and pick up where we left off; a brief interruption doesn't cost you session time.
