Every fifty minutes
Services
Eight ways into the same fifty-minute session: one first appointment, an ongoing rhythm, five named focus areas and a telehealth path that costs nothing extra.
Assessment
The one first session, with the psychologist you keep seeing.
Ongoing therapy
The standard fifty minutes, weekly or fortnightly.
Therapy focus
Named by what you're actually carrying, not by technique.
- Anxiety and overthinking CBT-based work for anxiety, worry loops and the running commentary that talks over everything else, from noticing patterns to trying a different response. $230 to $250
- Stress and burnout support ACT-based work for stress and burnout, sorting what's actually yours to act on from what you're carrying that you don't need to. $230 to $250
- Life adjustment and change Schema-informed work for the disorientation that follows a big change: a move, a loss, a diagnosis or a relationship ending. $230 to $250
- Low mood and motivation Support for low mood, flat motivation and the stretch that often follows a long period of stress or overthinking. $230 to $250
- Relationship and communication support Individual work on your side of a relationship: boundaries, communication patterns and what you bring into conflict, not couples counselling. $230 to $250

How a booking starts
Four things every session includes
Whichever service fits, these hold for all of them.
- A full fifty minutes of session time, timed from when you sit down, not from your appointment slot
- Medicare rebate claims processed on the spot for eligible clients, so you only pay the gap
- The same psychologist for every session unless you ask to change, so you're not re-explaining your history
- A private, unhurried waiting area with two chairs, not a shared open room
- Telehealth sessions at the same fee and with the same clinician as an in-person appointment
